A Japanese Dinner for family. Clam miso soup, vegetable cilantro salad, shrimp, chicken, mushrooms and bok choy. no dessert on purpose! BUT there were UNPHOTOGRAPHED apple dumplings for lunch the following day.

October Luncheon for 16.
Hosted in the home of John and Tim pictured above with Marina Trujillo de Vargas.
First up: a starter of lemony shrimp with fresh tomatoes and herbs on toast, made by Tina Reily.
Fresh Beet, Avocado, Papaya and Kiwi Berries with Feta Cheese and a Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette.
Fresh Cheese bread ready to be baked.
Bok Choy for the main course
Squash Soup with Cheese Bread
Enoki and Shitake Mushrooms with vegetables for the main.
Chicken with a shallot sauce, bok choy and mushrooms topped with sweet potato crisps.
